The level of methylation activity in Bge nuclear protein extract was 15%. After treatment with 32 µM and 100 µM of Flv1, methylation activity of Bge nuclear protein extract decreased to 7% and to 3%. Human hDNMT3a-c enzyme was used as a control (blue bar), and its methylation activity was completely inhibited by Flv1 treatment
