Pathway analysis revealed enrichment of pathways associated with olfactory signaling and activation. Bar plot representing the results of the enrichment pathway analysis conducted on all CpGs and specifically on CpGs located within the promoter regions using the methylglm approach. The results were obtained using the KEGG, Reactome and GO databases. The size of each bar along the x-axis indicates the number of genes associated with each pathway.
